  • How do I return an item?

 

Please email us first. If it fits into our return policy, we will then send you a return label.

 

  • What is your returns policy?

 

Sale items are non-refundable! Customized items are only refundable if the mistake was on our end, please email us first. You have up to 15 days to return all eligible items for a refund or store credit/exchange. If you have any problems with your order please email us first  A refund is only issued once we received tracking on the return order; it can then take up to 10 business days to be posted back in your account (depending on your bank).

  • How do I track my order?

 

 Each order will have a tracking number once it is shipped.

  • Do you provide International delivery?

 

As of right now we are only doing orders in the United States. Please stay tuned for new areas in the future!

  • Do you provide LOCAL PICKUP?

     Yes, we do offer Local Pickup.  You must show your order    confirmation / ID at pickup. All orders will be ready at the      store within the Next Day.
